How much does it cost?+
Managed plans start at £45 per user per month, and our most popular plan is £55. Projects get a fixed written quote before any work starts. See plans and pricing.
We already have someone who 'does our IT'. Why talk to you?+
Plenty of businesses come to us for a second opinion. If IT only gets looked at when something breaks, a short conversation usually shows what could be easier or safer.
Do you support Macs and mobile phones?+
Yes. Windows, macOS, iOS and Android are covered on every plan, including personal phones used for work, set up safely.
Do we have to sign a long contract?+
Our standard agreement is annual, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice in your first three months. Projects are one-off, with no ongoing commitment.
Can you work alongside our own IT person?+
Yes. With co-managed IT we take the helpdesk, monitoring and security tooling, and your IT person keeps control.
