Who we are

Circuit Minds Atlas Ltd ("we", "us") provides managed IT support and related services to UK businesses. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and a data processor for data we handle on behalf of our clients when delivering services.

What we collect and why

Enquiry & quiz data — name, work email, company name and your answers to our get-started questions, used to respond to your enquiry and prepare recommendations (legal basis: legitimate interests).
Booking data — appointment details (name, email, company, meeting notes) processed by our scheduling provider Cal.com when you book a call, with the meeting added to our Microsoft 365 calendar.
Website analytics — usage data collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, only with your consent; see our Cookie Policy.
Client service data — where you become a client, data processed under our service agreement and data processing terms.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run our business — Microsoft (Microsoft 365, email and calendars), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Google (consent-based analytics via Tag Manager), and our website hosting provider — under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after last contact; client records for the duration of the agreement plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact info@circuitminds.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
