Most MSPs hide their rate card. We don't. Every plan includes remote support 8am–6pm (unlimited on Complete and Secure+), Microsoft 365 & Azure management, and every device your team uses. Bulk user discounts available.
Prices exclude VAT. Plans require Microsoft 365 Business Premium (or equivalent), billed separately at Microsoft's list price - we manage and right-size your licences. Minimum 5 users (10 on Secure+).

Complete — the right answer for most 10–50 person businesses. Adds the security layers cyber insurers now expect.
Secure+ — you handle sensitive data (legal, finance, healthcare) and want genuine 24/7 threat detection and response. Need Cyber Essentials for contracts? We offer certification as a standalone service on any plan.

How does onboarding work?+
Onboarding is scoped after your free audit and confirmed in writing before you sign. The first month is when we do the heavy lifting: audit, documentation, securing devices and taking over from your old provider.
What's NOT included in the monthly price?+
Microsoft licence costs (billed separately at Microsoft's list price - we manage and right-size them for you), hardware, on-site visits (charged per visit, quoted upfront), Cyber Essentials certification (offered as a standalone service - ask us), and project work outside day-to-day support - like an office move or a full migration. Projects are quoted fixed-price upfront, so there are never surprise day-rate bills.
Is there a minimum contract term?+
Our standard agreement is annual - but you never commit blind. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice during your first three months, no questions asked.
Do prices drop with more users?+
Yes — volume discounts start at 25 users. Ask us for a quote and we'll show the exact per-user rate for your headcount.
Can we mix plans across the team?+
Everyone in the business is on the same plan — that's what keeps our pricing (and your security posture) simple. If part of your team has special requirements, the audit will flag it and we'll suggest add-ons rather than a messy mixed setup.
