How much does an Intune project cost?+
It depends on how many devices and platforms you have, and what's already set up. We scope it on a free call and give you a fixed written quote for the whole outcome - enrolment, policies, Autopilot and handover documentation - so you know the cost before we start. We can also run it for you afterwards as part of a managed plan.
Can you set up Intune for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android together?+
Yes — one Intune tenant can manage all four. We configure enrolment, compliance policies and app deployment per platform, including Apple Business Manager integration for Macs, iPhones and iPads, and Android Enterprise for Android devices.
Do we need to buy new licences for Intune?+
Usually not. Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which many businesses already pay for without using it. Part of our scoping is checking what your current licences already cover before you spend anything extra.
Can you fix an Intune setup that someone else started?+
Yes - half-finished Intune tenants are one of the most common situations we see. We audit what exists, keep what works, rebuild what doesn't, and document the result so you're never dependent on whoever set it up.
What is Windows Autopilot and do we need it?+
Autopilot lets a new laptop ship straight to an employee and configure itself on first boot — apps, policies and security applied automatically, no IT hands-on. If you hire remotely or buy devices regularly, it usually pays for itself on the first onboarding.
