Enrol
Existing work devices are enrolled during onboarding. New Windows laptops can be registered so they set themselves up when the user first signs in.

Our standard settings go on every device: encryption, screen lock, firewall, antivirus and update policies.
Enforce
Compliance rules work with Conditional Access, so a device that falls out of line loses access to company data until it's fixed.

Do we need to buy Intune separately?+
No. Intune is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, which our plans require.
Does this cover staff's personal phones?+
Plans cover the company devices your named users use for work. Troubleshooting personal devices isn't included. But if you allow staff to use their own phones or laptops for work, we make sure they can only reach company data securely, so your data stays protected.
Is this the same as your Intune consultancy?+
Our Intune consultancy is a one-off project for businesses that want Intune built. On a managed plan we set it up and then run it for you every month.
What happens to a device when someone leaves?+
Their access is removed, and the device is wiped or reset so it's ready for the next person. It's part of everyday support for leavers.
Can new laptops set themselves up?+
Yes, for Windows. Laptops can be registered so they install apps and apply security settings the first time the user signs in, with no hands-on setup.
