How long does the training take?+
Courses are short - a few minutes each - so they fit around work rather than taking people away from it for hours.
What happens if someone clicks a simulated phishing email?+
Nothing bad. They see that it was a test and get extra training on what to look out for. It's about learning, not catching people out.
Do we see the results?+
Yes. We track completion and phishing-test results, and go through them with you at your quarterly review.
Is training included on Essentials?+
No. Security awareness training is included on Complete and Secure+.
Does it help with cyber insurance and Cyber Essentials?+
Many cyber insurers ask whether staff are trained, and the records give you evidence. Cyber Essentials certification itself is a separate service.
