Our Microsoft 365 is set up by another provider. Can you take it over?+
Yes. Taking over administration is part of onboarding. Your email and files stay exactly where they are.
Do you manage Google Workspace?+
No. We specialise in Microsoft 365. If you're thinking of moving, a migration is quoted as a fixed-price project.
Can you help us cut our Microsoft licence costs?+
Yes. We check which licences are assigned against who actually needs them and flag savings. Any licence change goes through a short licence quote that you approve first.
Can you set up new shared mailboxes, Teams or SharePoint sites?+
Yes. Routine requests like these go through the helpdesk and are included. A larger redesign, such as restructuring your whole SharePoint, may be quoted as a project.
